Heart Of Texas Singing Valentine Online Ordering Procedure

1. Enter the Sender's information including name, address, phone number and email address. This is the person who is ordering the Valentine and who will be resposible for payment.
   
   
2. Enter the Recipients name, address, city and ZIP code.
   
   
3. Use the Special Instructions area of the form to provide information that would help in the delivery of the valenting by listing the nearest landmark such as an HEB store, church, etc  Special Instructions could also include fun things like the recipients favorite song (even though the quartet may not be able to sing it), nicknames, and other make the Singing Valentine Delivery more fun.
   
   
4. Be sure to describe the delivery place so that the quartet can observe correct decorum. For example, in an office care will be taken not to interfere with others in the area or perhaps a more private place can be chosen. On the other hand, if the delivery is at home, a more relaxed presentation can be provided.
   
   
5. Select the major city area as the delivery area. This is the dispatch point for our Valentine Quartets.  For example, if your delivery is in New Braunfels, be sure to select the San Marcos or San Antonio area.  Select the 'Remote Area' if the delivery point is more than 20 miles either side of the corridor from Georgetown to San Antonio.
   
   
6. Select a delivery time window as shown in the below table. Note the supplement of 50% of the basic Valentine cost for 'remote' deliveries.

7. Once all of your data has been entered, click the "Valentine Order Review" button to view Payment Summary.. When satisfied, simply select "COD" or "Credit Card"  to proceed with payment. If the payment selections do not appear it's because one of the necessary entries or selections have not been made.  Check the page for instruction in "RED".to complete the order.
   
   Note: Credit card payments are processed througn PayPal.com. A PayPal account is NOT NECESSARY and there is no charge for credit card processing. If the sender has a PayPal account, that account may be used for payment, otherwise just look for the "continue" links for normal credit card processing. In either case, a purchase invoice will be provided at Sender's email address immediately following completion of the transaction by clicking the 'SUBMIT button.
